Glorious Soil equals Nutrient Dense Food
Not to be undervalued. We’ve been working hard on our soil at Tapora. We know if we can create the perfect biodiversity, things will ultimately flourish and this will produce nutrient dense food that is so important, helping our plants to be robust and even ward off pests themselves.
We’ve been taking readings of our soil for over 5 years and we now have a good sense of its needs to reach equilibrium. But as we draw from it, and adverse effects play a part, it changes. This makes it a never ending cycle.

These are words I wouldn’t expect you to know. But if I were you, I would be starting to think about nutrient dense foods. As we deplete our land further, we rob our food of higher nutrient levels and obviously the food we eat, is coming from that very soil, therefore it has the ability to affect or enhance our health.
We are using these measures to look at more organic ways we can feed our soil, reducing more synthetic means while figuring our the perfect harmony.
